Gentle yoga provides us with the time to slow down, focus on our body and breath with key movements that promote flexibility and mobility.

Minimal movement involved in this deeply restful and soul nourishing class. We use the support of our blankets, cushions and pillows to find complete ease and comfort in our postures.

Yoga for life with a little more strength!

Here we start to build on the foundations of our gentle yoga practice as we progress into the world of vinyasa yoga.

Along with all our classic gentle postures we will introduce weight baring poses such as downward facing dog and plank as we start to build strength, flexibility and stamina.

Ready to Flow will invigorate and enliven your whole body as we start to integrate our movements through vinyasa flow.

This class is for those who either have some basic yoga experience or have attended my gentle classes. Occasionally beginners may start here if they have a good level of fitness but I encourage all students to start with Gentle Yoga so they have firm foundational knowledge.

We will challenge ourselves as we progress through the full sun salutations and explore new and fun transitions.

Quick sessions to add calm to your day when you are short on time.

A perfect class for those with limited mobility/newer to exercise, also those recovering from injury, illness or find it difficult from getting up and down from the floor.

Also a great session for students who enjoy mindful movement. Classic yoga movement and breathing exercises are included along with time for deep relaxation.

Yoga Nidra is known as ‘Yogic Sleep’, It differs from meditation as it is practiced in a lying position, despite its name we do not sleep during Yoga Nidra rather by following a number of steps we attain full relaxation.

30 minutes of Yoga Nidra can be the equivalent for your body as 3/4 hours sleep.

What do I need?

To log in you need an internet connection and a laptop/computer/tablet.

Most classes only require a mat and a blanket for relaxation. 

For the restorative classes, Claire shows you how to use things you already have in your house such as pillows, cushions, chairs etc. We can substitute straps with scarves, belts, etc.
You don’t need to spend lots of money on equipment.
