The summer is the perfect time to shake up your practice abit!  In this course we are going to work on building strength, resilience and stability in the body as a whole. By embracing the steady dynamic movements AND longer deeper savasanas you will feel stronger both physically and mentally. Packed with both new and classic movements, we will be giving time and consideration to the wrists, shoulders, back, hips and legs. 

I also hope to give you a new perspective on Savasana and see how it can be a whole practice in itself, equally as important the movement aspects of this course.

Yoga sessions that are truly for everyone! Chair Yoga is wonderfully accessible and a surprisingly effective way at improving your mobility, flexibility and overall wellbeing. 

This 4 session course was commissioned by and recorded especially for Cork City Libraries. 

All you need is a chair and a blanket.

A Ready to Flow Vinyasa course designed to build up your confidence and enjoyment of the full sun salutations!

Usually I recommend you become familiar with my gentle classes before you dive into ‘Ready to Flow’ sessions but this particular course was led with vinyasa newcomers and improvers  in mind so everyone is welcome to give it a try! 

The perfect way to strengthen your practice by fine tuning the foundations.

This course contains 5 x 60 minute sessions.

A 5 session course of 30 minute classes to help you fall in love with meditation.
In this course I give tips and guidance in how to overcome the most common barriers to building a regular meditation practice.

This course is ideal for those who have tried gentle yoga and are ready to develop their practice further. It is also a good place for many beginner yogis to start. 

Plus if you have tried ‘Ready to Flow’ sessions but found them too intense, then this is the place to start to build up stamina, strength and confidence!

This course contains 4 x 45 minute sessions.

This course is ideal for those who have tried gentle yoga and are ready to develop their practice further. It is also a good place for many beginner yogis to start. 

Throughout this course we bring attention to our wrists and learn different options and alternatives to the classic yoga pose – Downward Facing Dog. This pose can often be much harder than it looks!

This course contains 5 x 45 minute sessions.

A Gentle Yoga course – suitable for everyone.

Over the 5 sessions we explore the 7 main energy centres in the body. Focusing on each chakra in turn can bring balance to mind, body & soul. 

It is a great way to learn more about how each pose, breath technique and mudra can effect our being. 

This course contains 5  x 60 minute sessions.

A Ready to Flow Yoga course – suitable for those with some experience of vinyasa yoga.

Learn the art of deep relaxation. We all need to rest more. 

Let go of tension and allow your mind and body to recover from day to day stress, exhaustion and illness. 

This course is suitable for everyone, beginners and experienced. 

You will need to have  2/3 blankets, a bolster or 2 pillows, 2 cushions and perhaps an eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes.
